What is the Data Maturity Assessment?
Conducted as a 2-hour group workshop with representation from all areas of your organisation, the DMA provides a framework to enable different stakeholders within your business to assess the current situation regarding data maturity. Guided by experts, we help you collectively identify your priorities, including areas some may not have considered, thus enabling everyone to buy-in to and commit to a shared plan of action.
