Simpson Associates response to COVID-19 – 16th March 2020
As part of our response to COVID-19, we believe it is important to reassure our clients that we are fully operational. We are monitoring the situation closely and following government recommendations and guidance. As part of our business continuity plan and general business we have always been able to operate without traveling to our offices and can operate remotely and regularly do this.
As many of our clients are equally putting in measures to reduce travel and basing staff at home, alongside the remote collaboration tools we already had in place, we have invested in additional remote working, collaboration, video conference and remote training tools to ensure that the services we offer to our clients can continue with as little disruption as possible.
We have moved to a ‘remote first’ policy, advising our team to work remotely for the foreseeable future unless their attendance in person is absolutely necessary and will be moving any scheduled meetings to online meetings.
We have requested our project delivery teams undertake additional knowledge sharing on current projects to help in the situation where members of the team may be unwell and not be working.
Our Leadership Team is continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation and meet regularly to review the situation and adjust our plans as needed. At the time of writing, we have no confirmed cases of COVID-19.
Should you need any further information or additional support during this difficult time, we are here to assist.
