Brenntag UK Ltd commission Simpson Associates to deploy a new financial planning and reporting system using BOARD

Industrial & Speciality chemicals distributors Brenntag UK Ltd have commissioned Simpson Associates to deploy a new financial planning and reporting system using BOARD MIT software.

The BOARD planning system will replace Brenntag’s ageing Cognos Finance application that no longer meets the needs of the business. The new application provides a unified solution that meets the requirements for an integrated budgeting and forecasting solution that can accommodate extensive Business Intelligence, Dashboarding and  Graphical Reporting.

 Ian Meek, Head of Finance at Brenntag had this to say:
